The style used follows a full width horizontal writing style. Ideal for inserting readable images/ figures and their relevant discussions. Not ideal for a scientific article, but rather for a reporting task.

Bibliography
The bibliography follows the standard latex methodology of inserting .bibtex references into the bibtex file, the template will automatically insert the relevant bibliography.
