split(factor(sample(LETTERS[1:5], 100, T), levels = LETTERS[1:5]), sample(1:5, 100, T)) %>%
tidy_list('time')
Error in tidy_list(., "time") :
`x` must be a list of `data.frame`s or `vector`s
split(sample(LETTERS[1:5], 100, T), sample(1:5, 100, T)) %>%
tidy_list('time')

This was because is.vactor
was used to check vectoriness rather than is.atomic
