Uninstalling tripal_chado removes custom table information from public.tripal_custom_tables, correct?

Hi everyone, I know that uninstalling should keep chado in tact so I just wanted to ask about this functionality with regard to the removal of data in the tripal_custom_table in public schema. @spficklin or @laceysanderson, can you guys confirm that there isn't any major issues that arise here. My only thought regarding this is if someone uninstalls tripal_chado module (for some testing purpose) and reinstall it, they would have to recreate the custom tables records even though chado remained unaltered.

I can't remember off the top of my head what Tripal 3 does but we would want to maintain the same behaviour in Tripal 4.
