Properties need terms

Our propety type classes don't have a controlled vocabulary term associated with them. They should all have one so that our web services will work properly. I"m adding this issue here because I'm not sure if this should be a alpha1 release blocker or not. We will have to require anyone who makes a field to go back and add this to their property intializations, which may be a pain. It may be better to just have it in place now.
