  1. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C. who are 13 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Voxeo Corporation ("Sponsor"), its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Promotion Entities") and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

  2. HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: From 8:00:01 PM ET on 08/12/11 through 10:59:59 AM ET on 08/20/11 (the "Promotional Period"), visit https://github.com/tropo/ar_drone_contest and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry form with the required information and submit your own original software code utilizing Tropo or Phono. Third party software (e.g., plugins, widgets, libraries or other applications), stock photography, icon sets, publicly available templates and third party web services may be integrated into your original software code if publicly available and permitted for use in this Contest. Entries must be developed and submitted by an individual (an "Entrant"). By participating in this promotion, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges which are final. Visit tropo.com for a free developer account. Software code comments (which are optional) must be in English. Limit one contest entry per person.

  3. JUDGING: Beginning on 08/20/11, all entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges selected by Sponsor to determine the Grand Prize winner(s). If winning entry was submitted by a team of more than one Entrant, each such Entrant will receive a Grand Prize. Judging to determine the best entry will be based on the following criteria: Extent of Tropo Features Utilized – (40%), End User Experience – (40%) and Perceived Commercial Viability – (20%). In the event of a tie, tied entries will be rejudged based on End User Experience.

  4. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: Grand Prize (one to be awarded to each winning team member) – A Parrot AR.Drone, specific model to be specified by Sponsor (ARV: $300 per prize). Prize consists of only the item specifically listed as part of the prize.

  5. PRIZE CONDITIONS: Return of any prize as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected, except in the event that a prize awarded to any member of a group (of 2 or more team members) is returned as undeliverable, that memberís prize will not be awarded. No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prize by winner permitted. The ARV of any electronic prize is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. If the actual purchase price of any electronic prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the prize winner will not be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the price difference. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value. Any income taxes are the sole responsibility of prize winners. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Promotion Entities to use winners name, voice and/or likeness and material submitted for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. By accepting a prize, winners agree to hold the Promotion Entities harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize.

  6. GENERAL RULES: ENTRANTS ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL RIGHTS, TITLES AND INTERESTS, INCLUDING ANY COPYRIGHTS (AND RENEWALS) TO ENTRIES SHALL BE OWNED EXCLUSIVELY BY SPONSOR. SPONSOR AND ITS LICENSEES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, AFFILIATES AND PARTNERS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, HAVE THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT (BUT NOT THE OBLIGATION) TO USE, ALTER AND/OR EDIT ANY AND ALL ENTRIES IN ANY MANNER IN ANY MEDIUM NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVISED THROUGHOUT THE WORLD IN PERPETUITY, WITHOUT NOTICE, APPROVAL OR OTHER CONSIDERATION TO ENTRANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY. Entries must not have won a previous prize or award. Sponsor not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected e-mail or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Sponsor not responsible for any damage to any participantís computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If the Sponsor suspects that an Entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple registrations, email addresses, identities or any other method, such additional entries will be declared null and void. Promotion may be cancelled, modified, terminated or suspended if infected by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes outside control of Sponsor which impairs or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the promotion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted on the contest website and the contest will be judged from among all non-suspect entries received prior to the time of termination. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with any entry process. Sponsor not responsible for typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the competition or in the announcement of the prizes. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotion materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
