CL-SYNC is an interactive tool to synchronize directories. It works only on Windows under CLISP and SBCL.
CL-SYNC-CLISP is old and doesn't support non-native characters.
CL-SYNC-SBCL is using SBCL and implements several fixes to correctly sync Unicode pathnames.
