Plot Transmission Logmag Not Working

Hi there, I am trying to plot the transmission logmag with the command -p -P 1, but I keep getting the exception list index out of range, as well as a Value error. I understand what a list index out of range error means but I don't get how to fix it to be able to access port 1.
