Support comments in `.theme` file

I am experimenting with light theme, would be great if it supports comments as after running mdless the comments get removed automatically!

Pushed version 1.0.21 which will avoid removing comments from user themes. Explanation: mdless reads in the user theme, merges it with the default theme, and then was writing the merged dictionary back out to the user theme in case there were additional/new keys in the default theme. In the process, comments, sort order, and formatting would be changed. I removed the whole overwrite part so that it just merges the two at runtime and depends on the user to update their themes if new keys are added in the future.
