a final project for ubc cpsc 317. This contains both a RTSP client (the jar file) and a RTSP server (the rest of the source). The client can connect to the server and stream videos down in the correct frame rate over the RTSP protocol.
build with the provided make file, and test with the .avi files in this repo.
