The kosudoku package is a suite of programs used in the Knockout Sudoku method for rapidly creating whole genome knockout collections for microorganisms.
You can find the codes themselves, along with a set of python modules in the scripts folder. Sample input configurations files and input data are the input folder. All output will be sent to the 'output' folder.
