Recreated as biosample_basex_merged with non_attribute_metadata, bioproject accessions, and the raw values from harmonized_wide.
A view with repaired values could be added in the future, but I have taken the position that harmonized_wide_repaired will start out with the same dimensions as harmonized_wide, but empty except for the initial repair or the env_package values. I recommend that harmonized_wide_repaired be updated one entire column at a time, rather than an ad-hoc one-value at a time basis.
