Expected behaviour

I factory reset my create3 to setup a discovery server. Following steps from https://turtlebot.github.io/turtlebot4-user-manual/setup/discovery_server.html. Then, went to set up by changing the Discovery Server by SSH into the turtlebot and update ROS Settings.

Actual behaviour

When saving the new turtlbot ROS Settings by clicking "Apply changes", received error message

Error: Unable to set Create3 options.Please ensure that the Create3 is fully booted and apply again.

  1. Factory reset create 3
