pip3 install pynvim
pip2 install pynvim

nvim +PlugInstall +UpdateRemotePlugins +qall

or open nvim, and issue following commands.

:PlugInstall
:UpdateRemotePlugins

Check helth of installation using :checkhealth and resolve any issues, you can ignore ruby and node part.

Install COC plugins
