The claim by United Blood Services is that the "Fast Track Health History Questionnaire" takes only 10 minutes. Let's make it faster. Let's make it take only 30 seconds or less!

Claim:

It takes only about 10 minutes to answer the yes/no health history questions. Fast Track will save you about 20 minutes at the blood drive or blood center.

Rationale for created this script:

The questions become monotonous and some questions should only be asked once or not at all.

Ask donor for First Name, Last Name, Male/Female, DOB.

ToDo:

Download required reading material PDFs and compare them to the previous download.

Alert the donor if the materials have changed.

Start survey just after opening the webpage from email.

Check "I've read the materials". Click Continue

New tab opens, Click Continue again.

Fill in name, gender, and DOB. Click Continue

Determine if the page has changed. Questions added/removed?
