Breathing cycle

This small HTML/Riot app is inspired by the research of Dr Andrew Weil regarding breathing to find relaxation and sleep called the 4-7-8 Breathing Exercise.

  • Don't do it more than 4 breathing cycle
  • Do those 4 breathing cycle twice a day

Cycles

At the begining, exhale the air through your mouth

  • Breath through your nose for 4 seconds
  • Hold your breath for 7 seconds
  • Exhale through you mouth for 8 seconds

reapeat 3 more times.
