Typora doesn't remember maximized state on open

Describe the bug
When I open Typora on Windows 11 across multiple PCs, it opens in a windowed state regardless of me having previously maximized the app. It will not remember the window state. (This bug was previously fixed in 2019, apparently - https://support.typora.io/What's-New-0.9.63/)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Maximize Typora
• Close Typora
• Re-open Typora, it is not maximized

Expected behavior
I expect Typora to work properly and remember this state.
