[Bug] In an empty list item, the caret position is not vertically centered and will JUMP after insert first letter

Describe the bug
In an empty list item, the caret position is not vertically centered and will JUMP to center position after insert first letter, resulting a visual flickering.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. create a ul with one item by typing - and then a space
2. then you will see the caret position is above the center line
3. after you enter another letter, the caret positon will be centered

Expected behavior
Caret always stay vertically centerd
