useRef - useRef is a React hook that creates a mutable object with a .current property that persists across renders. Does not cause re-renders: Updating the .current property does not re-render the component. Persists across renders: The value in .current remains the same between renders unless explicitly changed. Mutable object: You can freely read and update .current without performance concerns.
useMemo -> run callback only when dependencies change, not when rerender, This makes useMemo useful for avoiding unnecessary recalculations, especially for expensive operations.
