I found helper file here.
The notebook that the student sent is not in any way similar to the posted here. Is this up to date? Me, as udacity's reviewer, the rubric also does not match with the student's submission so I failed the student's submission pointing out this repo as reference for the notebook's project.

We are closing out the issue because there are no enhancements proposed here.
