Issue With Getting Speed Data to Appear on Metric Chart

My team and I are having an issue with getting speed data to appear on our "Approach Speed" graphs. There is speed data being populated into the "Speed_Events" table, but that data will not translate over to the graphs. Our configuration appears to be correct, but the graph is not generating as it should. Any help would be awesome!
