[WIP] BMS client for keyboard-based players

Centillus is written in scala and based on libGDX. The project is managed by sbt, therefore you can build it by:
$ sbt desktop/compile

Fonts (assets/fonts/UbuntuMono-*.ttf) are redistributed
under Ubuntu Font License Version 1.0 (assets/fonts/UFL.txt).
