"Timelines" tab doesn't work with non-remote inspector

With remote web inspector (where you start the server with StartRemoteInspectorServer), the "Timelines" tab works as expected. However, one started with CreateLocalInspectorView has it completely broken, it just appears as if it's recording on load, but nothing appears, you can click stop/start or reload the page, but nothing happens. All this on Ultralight v1.3...
