A first attempt at Python.
Supported Systems: Mac OSX, Linux, FreeBSD and Sun OS
A script which returns information about the system like system memory, number of cores, etc.Currently, this script supports FreeBSD, Linux, OSX and SunOS.
Note that this doesn't use the 'platform' module of python, instead relying on shell commands to get the information.
