My config is

GMF_VV_NAME: "gmf_cmod5n"
GMF_HH_NAME: "nc_lut_gmf_cmod5n_Rhigh_hh_mouche1"

GMF_VH_NAME: "sarwing_lut__cmodms1ahw"
GMF_HV_NAME: "sarwing_lut__cmodms1ahw"

dsig_VH_NAME: "sarwing_lut_cmodms1ahw"
dsig_HV_NAME: "sarwing_lut_cmodms1ahw"

And I had to set double _ to make the VH work. I figured it out by looking at wind_speed.available_models()

dsig_VH_NAME: "sarwing_lut_cmodms1ahw"
has only one "_" on the other hand
