This has been "work in progress" for a while, in the process I borrowed many different bits of code, icons and ideas from many different repositories and by the time I realized it's somewhat stable and I am no longer fine-tuning things every other day I forgot where I got it from so I apologize in advance to anyone I haven't credited properly below.
It's nothing fancy in terms of design but I invested quite some time in every aspect of it in terms of pragmatism and functionality while keeping things fairly minimalistic, I use this as my daily driver, figured some of you might find this useful.

Color scheme: modified version of /u/EmpressNoodle's wonderful AwesomeWM setup

AwesomeWM theme: A mixture of various modified widgets from Pavel Makov, lain-widgets and /u/ilovecookieee's work. Theme code structure is heavily based on awesome-ayu.
