add unity registry settings window

window where you can toggle unity registry settings on/off
(for example DPI setting, as it requires restarting unity if change it in editor)

• button in settings, for "unity registry settings" or so
• opens new window, which list of settings in vertical stackpanel
• DPI setting (with dropdown menu for scale sizes, like editor)
• Other settings?
