Main goals:
- Implement Go To Symbols navigation, and Go To Definition for Maxscript language.
- Implement Compile command which utilizes External MaxScript IDE

- Go To Symbol is working. No variables though, just functions, structs, rollouts, etc.
- Go To Definition is also working. Only jumps to definition of symbols, so no variables here either.
