strongmotionfetch is a project designed to provide functionality to download and or process strong motion data from various networks (Japan, New Zealand, IRIS, etc.) and save the peak ground motions in either ShakeMap "station" XML format or spreadhsheet format.
To install:
pip install -U git+git://github.com/usgs/strongmotionfetch.git
To uninstall:
pip uninstall strongmotionfetch
To update:
pip install -U git+git://github.com/usgs/strongmotionfetch.git
