New Installation problem which may cause by conda update

Hi, @magehrig , I used to use your code and it works very well. However, when I want to install the environment on the other machine, I get the installation problem like this:
It persists for a very long time and hasn't been installed in the environment. I think it may be caused by the updation of the conda.
To avoid the problem with the machine, I reinstalled the environment in the original servicer but got the same problem. I don't know what has happened.
Although I can copy the previous environment, I feel that this problem may cause difficulties for others to use RVT, so I raise it here.

Indeed there seems to be an issue with newer conda version. Please try the venv installation instead: https://github.com/uzh-rpg/RVT?tab=readme-ov-file#venv
