Repository for all source code and documentation for the PGRNseq analysis. We use knitr to run the R scripts and generate data and analysis reports.
Assuming you have the latest data/ directory (not under version control), GNU make, and R with the appropriate packages installed, simply type:
make all
in the top level of the cloned repository. This will run the analysis and knit PDF reports in the reports/ directory.
