Description: This script will rename all the files (in the current directory) with a user specifed extention to include today's date or user selected date.
Getting started:
Cloning the repo
$ git clone https://github.com/v-filip/append_date.sh
Entering the cloned dir
$ cd append_date.sh
Making the script executable
$ chmod +x append_date.sh
Running the script
$./append_date.sh
