  • index.php - form
  • feedback.php - ajax mail handler
  • sendform.js - ajax code

Get start

  1. Get file class.phpmailer.php from PHPMailer repo
  2. On feedback.php change inlude path to your class.phpmailer.php
  3. On index.php change your form
  4. On feedback.php add POST data and setting PHPMailer property
  5. On sendform.js optional setting JS
