Single and Joint NMF follow the update rules specified by Discovery of multi-dimensional modules by integrative analysis of cancer genomic data, written by Shihua Zhang, Chun-Chi Liu, Wenyuan Li, Hui Shen, Peter W. Laird and Xianghong Jasmine Zhou.

Sparse NMF follows the update rules specified by Sparse NMF – half-baked or well done? Le Roux, J.; Weninger, F.J.; Hershey, J.R. TR2015-023 March 2015

I have made the code in this repository available, for use as a library, on https://pypi.org/project/bignmf/.

To install the library - pip3 install bignmf
