This app, though very simple, demonstrates state of the art routing and also "lazy-loading" which was once reserved for HTML images. Lazy-loading facilitates code-splitting which in turn allows for the necessary chunks of code to be delivered, leaving the rest behind to be summoned as and when needed, if at all, thus reducing the initial code bundle delivery.
