Bringing libsvm to iOS

To run the example project, clone the repo, and run pod install from the Example directory first.
A general knowledge of Support Vector Machines and the original work done on libsvm
CocoaSVM is available through CocoaPods. To install it, simply add the following line to your Podfile:
pod "CocoaSVM"Shelby Vanhooser, vanhooser@ou.edu
