JSAwesome provides a powerful JSON based DSL for creating interactive forms.
Example:
new JSAwesome('rad', [['cool','neat'], ['^neat',true]], {'cool':{label:'Cool man', validation:'cool'}).to_html()
=>
<label for="rad_cool">Cool man</label>
<input type="text" name="rad_cool" value="neat"/>
