Merging pairs files from biological replicate

Hello,

I have 3 biological replicates of one of my samples and they have been processed independently using fanc auto. Now I would like to merge the 3 independent pairs file into one. I could merge their .hic files using fanc auto and I wondering if I could do the same using the pairs files.
