Baseline :

Dataset - University1652 is a private data set only available for research purpose by Zheng Zhedong(similar to Google Earth data)

Baseline Model - pretrained ResNet and VGG16 because they give better performance compared to when we train on limited data as they preserve some good visual patterns from ImageNet
