Setup Lerna on your machine
npm i -g lerna
lerna run startThis boots up backend on http://localhost:3001 and frontend on http://localhost:3000

To run the unit tests on the backend (list-service):
lerna run test --scope @varunsikka/list-serviceRunning the above tests will generate the code coverage for the backend tests To view the code coverage, go to the Root folder and open the file packages/list-service/coverage/index.html
Deployment using Docker:
docker build --tags list-node-react-test
docker run -p 3001:3001 -p 3000:3000 list-node-react-test
