Looks like the bug you encountered is due to missing GLIBC library in your machine, To address the issue, I recommend trying the following steps:

Install missing GLIBC_2.33:
You can use the following commands to update and install the required library:sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install libc6 -
If the issue persists, consider building the VEDIC compiler on your machine by following these steps:
sudo apt update sudo apt upgrade -y curl https://sh.rustup.rs -sSf | sh source "$HOME/.cargo/env" git clone https://github.com/vedic-lang/vedic cd vedic cargo install cargo-deb cargo deb -p vedic sudo dpkg -i ./target/debian/vedic_*.deb
