I wonder where is the count_network.txt file ?
When I run the old version by linux coumand . I knew the count_network.txt file .
Really ,I have seen the heatmap of count of each celltypes ，but where is the file
What can i do for it ?

Thank you for using CellphoneDB and your inquiry.

count_network.txt file is not output by the latest version of CellphoneDB, but the decision on not including it was made before my time I'm afraid.

This may not be what you're looking for but I have released a package that provides standardised interactive visualisation for CellphoneDB results: https://github.com/datasome/cellphonedbviz
You can see an example of such a visualisation on https://www.cellphonedb.org/viz/viz.html?projectid=endometrium_cpdbv5_stat - if you tick the 'Show all cell types' check-box in 'Cell-cell Communication - Summary' section you will see a heatmap that corresponds to what I believe used to be the content of count_network.txt file.
