Airline is a nice vim plugin for theme, consolas is a nice font under Windows, in order to use consolas in Xshell, putty or SecureCRT to work with airline, the font must be patched. The patched 'YaHei Consolas Hybird' font is perfect for chinese display.
You can setup the following lines in your vimrc file:
set guifont=Powerline_Consolas:h14:cANSI
set guifontwide=YaHei_Consolas_Hybrid:h14
