The password was set by yourself when you first ran OCM. If you do not remember, there is no way to reset it or retrieve your coins. You can create a new wallet by deleting keyfile.hex in %appdata%\vertcoin-ocm and restarting OCM.

Thanks for the return info- To run the 1 click miner there isn't any password and with the desktop wallet that has nothing to do with the miner the only password there is to encrypt the wallet. So I'm sorry your reply does not make much sense? The miner setup does not ask for a password there isn't even an option for one- Thanks
