Generally speaking, the realtime protection of windows defender is good for us, but sometimes, it bothers us too. Especially, it's running crazily with taking up too many resources while we are focus on our work but the computer's resources are tight, we must turn it off manullay time and time again. This tool is to turn it off without opening the security center panel especially make it as a windows task schedule. Anyhow, please take care of this, make sure your computer is protected, that is, just use the tool as a last resort.
