Como configurar o ambiente para uso

1. Configurar um servidor local

Windows

Baixe o Xampp
Instale o Xampp com as opções de Mysql e Tomcat selecionadas

Xampp

Na pagina do Xampp selecione Config do tomcat
selecione tomcat-user.xml
Substitua todo o texto pelo código abaixo:

2. Configurar o Banco de Dados

Inicialize o mysql e o apache pelo Xampp
Acesse o seguinte link: mysql (O apache e o mysql devem está inicializados)
Para criar a base de dados e a tabela necessaria insira o código abaixo no mysql e execute

CREATE DATABASE usuario;
use usuario;

CREATE TABLE usuario (
     id INT PRIMARY KEY,
     nome VARCHAR(30),
     senha VARCHAR(10),
     descricao VARCHAR(50),
     data_cadastro TIMESTAMP
);
