first create a python virtual enviroment(venv) on the terminal enter the location with the manage.py file type "pip install -r requirements.txt" on the terminal copy and paste the following commands "python manage.py makemigrations" & "./manage.py migrate"
"python manage.py createsuperuser" follow the prompts
"python manage.py runserver" follow the link provided on the terminal
add in front of the link provided above "admin"
