note: dependency on fix of picture bug
- pictures for guide previews are formatted correctly
- pictures for guide details are formatted correctly
- profile pictures are formatted correctly (note: dependency on completion of #25)

Currently blocked because pictures aren't loading on my local dev environment.
Edit: I talked to Dylan and he said that he can help me on Monday
