Can't hold on to weapons

Using an original Vive.
Can't pick up weapons. No option to "force grab" that I can see in the bindings. If I spawn a weapon through cycling, it only stays in my hands if I keep my hands together, otherwise it just drops. If I brush into a wall I drop the weapon immediately.
Doesn't matter if I'm holding the Grip buttons or not.
When fiddling around, I gave myself all weapons, and discovered that the super shotgun always falls through my hands even if I am keeping them together.

Reinstall fixed the problem, closing.
