Install Jekyll (requires Ruby):
gem install bundler jekyll
To build:
$ bundle exec jekyll build
To serve:
$ bundle exec jekyll serve
First build:
$ JEKYLL_ENV=production jekyll build
Then copy _site/* over to the webserver:
$ rsync -avzP _site/* <HOST>:<PATH>
