I got the idea from a stakeholder. I break down the features to subtasks. Then create the data schema and assign part of the subtasks to other members.
I was a business intelligence engineer when i worked at Newegg.com.
At the timee, I write Stored Procedures and use SSIS to execute the ETL process.
